Providing excellent customer service is a requirement to ensure customer retention and further promoting the trusted brand in the industry.

It is expected of the candidate to consult and educate clients on various products and services available. Duties will include to perform point of sale system transactions together with administrative duties while maintaining security protocols.

The candidate should have the ability to apply cash management disciplines and operational procedures.

The candidate will be accountable for stock and follow risk management protocols as prescribed. It is of utmost importance to meet deadlines with updates and deployment of relevant information.

The candidate will be required to maintain all standards as prescribed within the branch – housekeeping, opening and closing procedures, end of day reports, etc.

Verification of information and handling confidential documentation to be dealt with as per company policies, terms and conditions or relevant legislation.

Description

We are recruiting candidates who thrive in an environment to assist customers by providing solutions telephonically and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent customer service. This Paarl based position will be perfect for candidates who are punctual, friendly and thrive on customer deliverables.

This position requires handling incoming calls professionally and outgoing calls to ensure a satisfying experience. Sharing product information and managing and resolving inquiries. Administrative duties will include but not limited to updating systems and maintaining detailed records of interactions on the database.

Assisting with reporting and regular feedback to continuously improve and enhance all support functions. Collaborate with team members and meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, all quality check standards, etc.

Skills and knowledge development through participating in training sessions and continuous enhancements to processes and procedures.

The support department operates from 7am to 9pm Monday to Sunday (Rotating shifts – Shift allowance/overtime will be paid when applicable)
